The goals of this research and more importantly the practical application of the findings are to create more ‘Well Being’ in people’s lives. On a personal level this relates to increased positive emotions, flow states, thriving relationships, meaning and a sense of accomplishment.
In the business context this translates to increased engagement, motivation, conflict resolution, creativity and thriving teams. The outcomes of applied positive psychology enable people to grow and flourish in their work and lives.
