Tribe offers personal & professional development workshops and retreats designed and facilitated to empower participants to become more courageous, compassionate and connected to themselves, their environment and their teams. Small group settings allow for an intimate and in-depth retreat or workshop experience.
On Site Retreats
Offerings include retreat-based experiences for individuals or teams that enable participants to pause, slow down and disconnect from the busyness of their lives.
Methodologies include, applied positive psychology, mindfulness, personal effectiveness, facilitated group work and solo time in nature, offering a blend of wellness, science, spirituality and ancient wisdom.
Journey-based Retreats
Journey-based retreats are available for individuals or teams. These will be fully supported walking trips in iconic locations such as the Larapinta Trail or Scenic Rim Trail in Australia. These unique group experiences will offer personal and professional development, adventure and the opportunity to deepen into the inner journey whilst taking a profound outer journey in nature.​
WORKSHOP
Against the back drop of beautiful Byron Bay, this experiential workshop will support you to disconnect from the stressors of life and reconnect you to what is most important.
Through interactive sessions and time spent in reflection you will regain a sense of direction, clarity and purpose. You will also take away the skills to create a space between you and the external world where calm, composure and compassion can prevail.
WORKSHOP
Research is showing that employees are demanding a different set of leadership skills and qualities from their managers than the traditional top down approach. In todays diverse workplace that is highly influenced by the younger generations there is a need for leaders to become more open, transparent, trustworthy and collaborative. As a result leaders need to become more mindful of how they show up and how they are perceived in terms of values, ethics and authenticity.
